Bold shoplifters arrested Friday Novato police arrested a bold trio of shoplifters who at 3 p.m. Friday stole a large amount of clothing from the Ross Dress For Less department store at the Vintage Oaks at Novato shopping mall — and then swung by Target and stole four flat-screen TVs.
