Out in Stockton, Ca. again, only this time on the East side of Hwy 99. Massive commercial buildings standing vacant with no other option but to be a reminder of the collapse that is occuring. Also; I am noticing the homeless are becoming a permanent fixture on normal outings from my house. Time grows short, but we still have time to prepare.
